CHALLENGES
KIOC not only wanted to build a brand on the internet, they also wanted to make it a platform to reach and interact with their audience. Apart from annual coaching, KIOC organizes many events throughout a year. KIOC expects larger audience from outside the academy to participate in such events.
So how could we fulfill their objectives and build a strong online channel to communicate with their audience?
SOLUTION
We targeted popular digital marketing channels and be consistent. We built the brand presence for KIOC by focusing on the website, and social media. We also run email marketing campaigns to communicate with our existing customers. Ads are used for special event promotions and we used the mobile app as a medium to communicate the academy’s regular updates and events.
